It’s ok
I am so confused!
I called reception. Martha answered and I asked a simple question if the patient i was asking about is ok and when visiting hours are? she proceeded with " I cant answer that " then rudely hung up. Horrible place it seems after reading the reviews. Martha should not be there, and definitely lacked people and communication skills. Simple task yet ignorant person.
Julie K. Marhefka is the most unprofessional nurse practitioner I've ever met in my life. When I asked for legitimate help she succeeded only in making me feel more hopeless and worthless than I ever did before I walked into the building. I truly regret sharing my thoughts on my own treatment because the level of contempt I felt from her during that conversation should be considered criminal in the medical practice.
