I left in tears I went to this women’s health clinic genuinely looking for help. I explained my symptoms in detail , fatigue, mood swings, hormonal changes, and how much it’s been affecting my life and was told everything was “within normal range.” The only solution offered was the pill. Lovely staff, they really value their work and are gentle with your feelings. Explained things well and helped me a lot when a mistake was made by a pharmacist 🩷
These guys were truly so lovely. I am an American and was on my work holiday visa and truly wish American gynos would take a leaf out of their book. I felt informed, and respected the whole time and loved having all female staff!! My case was particularly tricky because I was trying to get my IUD in before traveling and they were super accommodating. Just another GP “shop” Do not expect more than 5 minutes of the Doctors time even when you do pay for a long appointment and do expect a complete lack of empathy. One of my concerns was dismissed twice by 2 doctors, I received no advice on what kind of specialist/practitioner I need to see to help me resolve said issue and was literally told “we are out of time” to explore that.
