The lack of compassion and empathy that these vets show is disgusting. We took our dog Diesel in on the Sunday afternoon with being told that he’s just going to need oxygen and fluids and supervision, we got a call at 4am letting us know that diesel was a little anxious and will be getting moved into a larger area with oxygen tubes put in. We then got a phone call at 7am saying “just calling to let you know that diesel is dead” that’s how they told us our dog passed away. Thank you so much SASH for looking after our cockerspaniel, Bowie for the past 5 days. After weeks of being misdiagnosed, Peter went above and beyond to bring him back to health. The communication was fantastic, the team were incredibly understanding and helpful in such a stressful situation. Words cannot express how grateful we are that we found such a capable and experienced team!!

My cat had been very unwell all week in our local vets all week during the days with every test within their capabilities, it was suggested to go to Sash Sippy downs QLD as he needed specialist care, the treating vet specialist was great & immediately admitted My cat for the day & ran the tests that were required & I had agreed & costs, but be very careful it cost me a total amount of $4800 just for the day with of course an amount of $400 in gst alone. But here is the clincher I am trying to chase down results & have just b... read more

We were quoted over $28,000 for a tick and snake serum (neither of which confirmed as the issue) and made to feel terrible when we asked for testing of our animal. The vet was not kind or compassionate it anyway. They have a dreadful reputation on the Sunshine Coast already and we decided to use them as we wanted to get to the nearest vet anyway. However it was not a good experien... read more
