We love being patients of Dr Aaron Meinke , but the office staff is horrible. Takes forever to get through on the phone. Heaven forbid you should call anywhere around lunch , there are times the answering machine will pick up for 2 hours. They don't contact pharmacies or doctors when they say and it takes forever for them to fax. I have seen them to busy standing around talking to answer phones. Its to bad because the docs are great.
The physical therapy staff at Advanced Health were very knowledgeable, professional and friendly.
stay away from him. the Va sent my dad to him for a hernia . He messed the surgery up something terrible. all they say, & I quote,"that's normal" yeah, right.
