Unfortunately, I couldn't get in as they are not taking any new patients, but the receptionist on at 2pm, Tuesday 20th May 2025 was so incredibly helpful, suggesting someone with the specialty I required and then she gave some really helpful suggestions as to some treatments (like a float tank, located near by) I could try to ease the symptoms I was having. Wonderfully helpful and kind.
One of the BEST doctors I have ever seen in 60 years. very personable, thourough, extremely professional and took everything I said seriously.... I can not speak highly of her enough... If you have arthritis issues. This doctor is number one and the best in her field

I had a great experience with Dr Louise Ward after a very tricky diagnosis from another specialist. She was incredibly thorough during our appointment and the report she sent back to my regular doctor was incredibly detailed. I would 100% recommend going to see her!
Very rare I would do a review on a doctor. Dr Louise Ward was amazing and her level of detail in determining further tests and treatment for my problem were exceptional. 10 stars if they were available. Highly recommended
