Was going to cost $100+ for a pensioner concession ultrasound. Went to Lumus Imaging in Ballina and it cost nothing, all bulk billed.
Rude and dismissive receptionist staff. On visit, 1 customer was waiting in the morning. Didn't able to introduce role, or inquiry. Every time trying to talk, was cut off. Other staffs were nice though. However next time, if really need done anything. I don't mind driving to next available site.
This is a great place! Staff are very friendly, seemingly happy, and welcoming. It also shows in the clientele they have who seem happy when they leave.
