Yesterday a staff member at the payment counter was yelling at my 82 year old mother in a really aggressive voice over a Medicare payment issue. She yelled at my mother so loud that everyone in the practice could hear. Luckily my sister was there to intervene when she heard my mum asking the staff member being asked to please stop yelling. Friendly staff, good service & great doctors
Always had good experiences here, friendly staff
Do not get an ultrasound here if you plan on having a gender reveal, they will not write down the gender nor will they even call a nominated person for you and tell them over the phone. There are other medical radiologists that will write down the gender.
