So I go and get a CT scan of my head and neck as prescribed by the doctor. The doctor doesn't tell me what a CT scan is.So no info about the significance of getting IV dye or not getting the dye. I look it up online in advance and I see it can involve getting dye injected and that it can make you sick and has other risks. But the doctor in no way said dye or no dye, he didn't tell me what a CT scan is in any way.
