After multiple expensive scans at North Coast Radiology[NCR] I was pleased to finally be eligible for a bulk billed MRI. On calling to book in, NCR advised this would actually cost $500, despite my specialist confirming it was bulk billed and indicating clearly on the referral it was bulk billed and why. There was no misunderstanding as we discussed this in detail.
