I had such a positive experience with Carly (hope I am correctly spelling), the sonographer who performed my ultrasound. She made me feel genuinely held and supported throughout it. We need more healthcare professionals like her, particularly amasing was to know that there is a lot more endometriosis awarness and thorough investigation. I’m incredibly grateful for the care and support I received.

Hard to book as you have to send copy of referral before they take booking. Based in Qld and my closet MRI was Ballina. HIGHLY recommended once booked. Staff at front desk and operator were excellent.

I recently attended North Coast Radiology as a carer with my client to make a simple appointment. I Was dismayed with the complete lack of common courtesy shown through the whole process .People come into your establishment often, at there most vulnerable .Your front of house needs a complete overhaul, manners and little empathy for the people they serve would be a start!! .....However the technicians you employ are very good. How about you use the same guidelines for the employee's on the front desk
