Paul and Yani are a great team who bring a wealth of knowledge and a can do attitude to the industry. With up to date pool testing it makes my job running an apartment complex so much easier. I highly recommend using there facilities.
After dealing with Rob for over 15 years, it was great to meet Paul who took over the business this year. Not great was that our pump has broken - Paul got a loan pump to us and fixed our pump promptly and got the balance right in the pool again with no fuss. Great to see the service continue.

Rob is the most knowledgeable person I've met in relation to all pool equipment and associated chemicals and the like. He really goes out of his way to help restore your pool equipment and water to its best and would have to be the only place I've found that will go the extra mile to find a new or preloved piece of equipment or part for you to keep your pool or spa operating at its best. I have been dealing with North Coast Pool Equipment for well over 30 years and can highly recommend them.
