Well this was a bummer conversation. I understand being booked as I’m in the service industry but the terrible attitude over the phone was unnecessary. Anyway, I figured it out myself and will now recommend somewhere else.

We called. Left a message. He called back late the next evening. Said he could come today (Wednesday) in the afternoon. I said fine. Gave him my wife's name and her cell, as she would be here. No return call to either of us. No response to Wednesday morning text asking if he was coming Wednesday afternoon. No response to 5pm text either. He did this a year ago. Said he'd come. No show. Very disappointed. We have some 30 windows in this house. Many need new screens. Not from this guy.
