I booked an initial consultation here for the first time. I took time off work specifically for this appointment. I called while driving to politely let them know I would be about five minutes late. They checked with the nurse and told me they would have to move my appointment to a later time. This did not work for me. I was already on my way and had stepped out of work just for this visit. The complimentary skin analysis was very informative. I felt very comfortable with Renee and left the appointment with a clear list of products and a routine to hopefully assist with my areas of concern. I look forward to continuing my skin journey with the lovely team in Lismore.
