Try to avoid renting a storage area with these guys. There’s a Karen by the name of joy working behind the scenes, who takes each case very personally. I’ve been away on trips, and come back to put money in my bills account, only to find shed locked. Okay not a problem if it’s not on a Friday and you don’t need your stuff until Monday, that is if the races aren’t on.
