I contacted the Tillamook office to have a medical alert device placed in my parents home. They told me the cost and we discussed putting in one with the fall detection. It was then scheduled for the following week to be installed. On the day of installation they never showed up or called. It was not until the next day when I reached out did we find out that the device was on back order and should be at their offices in the next few days. My husband uses this company for his cpap machine and they terrible at answering the phone during business hours. His nurse even told us they would get a hold of us by the end of today. Surprise no call back. Once he asked me to stop and get his supplies. I got there 2 minutes to close and they had the doors locked and wouldn't look up to see me at the front door
I was vacationing in Tillamook again. Visiting. I was having problems with my CPAP machine. Turns out that I pushed a wrong button that changed the settings. I am very thankful that they helped me. Second time going to them.
Very helpful and polite. When they could not assist they helped me find someone who could. Appreciate all you do.
