Yuck. The entire team lacks communication amongst themselves and with their patients. They also make you pay for an appointment to be relayed lab results EVERY TIME.

At the end of March 2025, I was contacted by Dr. Christine Clotfelter’s billing office regarding a payment for an appointment I had back in October 2024. This caught me off guard since they typically require co-payments upfront before the visit. They claimed to have tried reaching out to me, but I never received any voicemails, phone calls, text messages, emails, or messages in the patient portal until now.
