Okay, first off, I want to say that my negative review has absolutely NOTHING to do with the medical care I received. Dr. Shah is an incredible provider, and his medical staff have also been consistently wonderful in their treatment of me and my family. The negative review is for the billing department. After about a year away, I scheduled some appointments with Dr. Shah, and then later with Med. Assistants. I attended the appointments, paid the copays, and got on track with treatment. I can’t share enough great feedback about Dr Clotfelter and her team. Recently moving back from a multi year international assignment for the second time - Dr Clotfelter took the time to engage with my overseas providers, her team uploaded all records and ensured continuity of care. It’s comforting to know over all these years she has been able to keep up with the changing providers, needs and catch me with open arms as I repatriated. I have been a patient of Dr. Craig Duck for over 20 years. He first came to my attention when I was looking for medical care for my mom, who was aging and had memory difficulties. He was recommended to me by a staff member where my mom was being cared for. Now, I am aging myself. Dr. Duck has been a phenomenal physician for me and my husband. OVER BILLING: Kara their billing coordinator will not take responsibility for billing issues and has alienated me over $50 because she won't fix their issue with Aetna. Aetna pays NCFMG over $500/visit and each visit I paid my PCP copay of $20. Yet the billing went through as if I saw a specialist ($45 copay) and I only saw a PA, plus North Coast doesn't have specialist they only do Primary Care. Dr. Shah is incredible! He is able to quickly assess a situation and find a solution! Getting older isn’t fun, but Dr. Shah makes it very tolerable. My husband loves him and even my daughter, who hates the doctor, thinks he’s amazing! 🙏🥰
