Billed me $50 for a simple message to my dr asking for a speciality referral. The receptionist is beyond rude and curt, disconnected the line before I could finish discussing the reason for my call. Dr had me do a urine test in the office but the office didn't use it in time or lost it or something so they called me and said I'd need to come back or go into a lab to repeat the test. Billing here is beyond questionable and frankly immoral and unethical.
Dr Shah was great, but I got a bill for a very simple message I sent him through the portal, the bill I received cost more than my co-pay for an in-office visit! I've never been billed for a portal message before, especially such a simple question I sent. Patients should be able to message providers at no cost between visits, a $48 bill for a simple message is outrageous.
After a very negative experience at my prior GP, Dr. Clotfelter was a breath of fresh air. She takes the time to genuinely connect with her patients & is attentive, compassionate, and knowledgeable. The practice is also a well oiled machine. I was in and out in record time & the front desk personnel & medical assistants were wonderful. Can’t say enough good things about NCFMG & Dr Clotfelter.
Such a helpful staff!! Feel truly cared about and that the doctors have enough time and energy to be thorough. Super appreciative of Julie Palmer PA, makes stressful health issues less overwhelming!
Were this a fairer country, Dr. Frederick Frumin standing trial for gross negligence, malpractice, medically unnecessary invasive surgery, and intimate assault of a minor. However due to the flawed statue of limitations any chance I had of recompense slipped through my fingers after I had turned 27. This cautionary review is all I can provide in hopes I can spare future patients from the for-profit mutilation industry.
