I recently attended North Coast Endodontics to have a root canal redone as the original one missed part of the canal. The experience I had was one of the best I’ve ever had at a dentist. Dr Bader was efficient and everything went smoothly. I was not in any discomfort or pain throughout the whole procedure and to make it better he had some music playing on Spotify in the background and some Mr Bean on the ceiling TV (so good to be able to watch something without needing sound and especially something to make you laugh!) I had an extremely disappointing and frustrating experience with this endodontic practice. From the start, I was met with dismissive and unprofessional behavior that only worsened as my treatment progressed. The staff lacked basic customer service skills, and the overall environment felt unwelcoming and, at times, overtly disrespectful—particularly in ways that struck me as misogynistic. This was by far the worst dental experience I’ve ever had. The treatment I received at this endodontic office was not only overpriced but also completely unprofessional from start to finish. The staff was rude and dismissive, with zero regard for basic customer service. I was spoken to in a condescending manner, and the overall attitude was not only unhelpful but shockingly misogynistic. $450 dollars for a 5 minute consult. The consult was good, but very overpriced.
