I took my little dog yesterday night in emergency. He was in a very poor shape, vomiting and couldn’t eat, drink, walk anymore. Considering his age we discussed with the vet , an eventual euthanasia as he was diagnosed with a tumour in his kidney. The vet took my little dog for a blood test and XRay. We lost our beautiful little man 2 weeks ago today. He is still very loved and we miss him greatly. Unfortunately we took him to the only vet that we knew was opened on the Sunday of the NSW October long weekend. We thought we were doing the best thing for our little man. Sunday night 7.15pm before a public holiday Monday,, George the dog semi impales himself on a star picket. My call is answered and the furry scallywag is accepted for treatment within 25mins of arriving. Welcoming staff on the phone and on arrival, detailed professional explanation of the necessary procedure and flexibility of collection timings to allow for some much needed sleep before next days work. Absolutely first class service and treatment from a provider of service at extremely unsociable hours of the day. Big thank... read more

Older vet nurse blonde/grey hair absolutely horrible . They were short staffed and our families dog was in a bad way brink of death and she took her stress out on us . She made losing a dog 10x worse . She made out that our dog who was dying was an inconvenience to her. The blonde vet was absolutely wonderful
