Outstanding service, we wouldn't have our dog with us today if it weren't for this incredible team. During such a stressful and scary time after our dog had been bitten by a brown snake, they were excellent with communication, managing our expectations, looking after our girl and most importantly: saving her life. Even with us calling multiple times to check in (being stressed pet parents and in between the times that they had already provided updates), they were so accommodating and would always make time to talk to us. They took care of our puppy Zeus after he was bit by a brown snake in the late afternoon. He's doing much better and we picked him up the next day. They did a great job and the staff were lovely and kept us updated through the night. (Especially Anabelle, I think that was her name). When we picked him up he was quite happy and greeting all the vets, which is a testament to how nice they are because he is normally very selective with people, and not very social, and yet he loved all of them. I just want to write a review about the lovely lady Hannah. We hadto rush my big boy in the other night because he had a Paralasis tick on him. He was touch and go on survival but Hannah went leaps and bounds to make the process alot less sad and stressfull. Sorry im not good with words but on behalf of my family and my big boy (he has been getting better and better every day) WE SAY THANKYOU. Banjo is family and he means the world to us. Have required the services of AES multiple times. I have always found the staff to be dedicated to their clients and keep their fur parents updated and aware throughout the care process. I have never had a bill shock as they are transparent about fees and offer solutions to those that require alternative payment arrangements. I do not hesitate to recommend their emergency services, as we are lucky that they provide this in a rural area.
