Recently we needed to take our Silky Terrier to AES North Coast. Even though Sophi is not happy about going to the vet, the team at AES gave her lots of time and support, from the ladies at reception to the vet team thank you very much for how you treated my pet and me.
Amazing. We visited on a public holiday as our cat what in distress. As soon as we arrived they took him out the back to take care of him. They were very thorough and thoughtful throughout the process and did not push us to spend money unnecessarily- which is often the case when you see a vet. Very happy and highly recommend. Thank you for all your help. Our cat is feeling better.
I took my cat to this clinic at 4am Friday after phoning at 320am to advise that my cat was having great difficulty breathing. When I arrived the vet crawled out of her bed and then with complete disregard to my cats emergency they took their time collecting my name, address, phone number etc. I gave them the history - about 3 times, and then finally the vet gathered herself to actually check my cat. We were travelling through the area when our 7month old pup become unwell late on a Sunday evening. Dr Reddrop and the team were fantastic. So grateful that this service exists. Definitely recommend them!
