Hayden is great bloke & helped me with a small issue that has solved a tricky problem. You don't often find genuine service like that anymore.
We just had a problem with our Land Cruiser. Spoke to Rooke by phone and he suggested we pop in so that they could assess the problem. Rooke promptly diagnosed the fault and fixed it straight away. Hayden the proprietor, also came out and introduced himself. The entire interaction we had with North Coast Diesel Service was of the highest standard, and we have no hesitation in recommending this business. We will definitely be using them again. Rooke was an absolute legend in helping me get my Patrol fixed on short notice. Did what he could with the little time he had as I needed to hit the road the next day. Highly recommend the boys there, you’ll be looked after
A little disappointed as I have use this place for years I had brought new injectors and done less then 20000 ks and failed I had them inspected bye them and they said they are fine yet was flooding my engine and wouldn't even run after they had apparently cleaned them I had another mechanic look at them and he said they are leaking bad causing the engine to knock and also had ford look at them and also said the injectors are leaking to the point it would not even run I brought a genuine set from ford and problem solved DONT... read more
The guys didn’t hesitate to take the time to look at my vehicle and answer all my questions and concerns. I’ll be sure to come back when my injectors do need replacing
