We bought a house knowing it needed a damp proof course, only to find extensive dry rot as well, that the previous owners had made a concerted effort to cover up. Stephen from north coast damp proofing did a damp and timber survey for us and I found him to be very efficient. The whole process was quick- he arranged the survey to be completed within a couple of days, he talked us through the findings and provided us with the different treatment plans and price estimates. He also had the report done within a few days of the survey being done. I would definitely recommend the company and use their services again.
Steven and his team have just completed some work on my property.. I have been blown away by their knowledge and skill and how well they completed the work. They arrived on time and were kind, courteous, lovely people which is a huge bonus when having work completed in your house. I would thoroughly recommend this service and if I could give more than 5 stars I would!
Stephen came out and did damp survey on the house I was buying after mortgage supplier requested it as damp found on building survey. He was very professional and easy to talk to and supplied me with a concise survey and price of up to £5000.
