My significant other and I reached out to North Coast regarding a loan. We dealt with Keith Gilmore. Keith exhibited extremely poor customer service and in fact raised his voice with me over the phone when discussing the loan. I am shocked and appalled at how we were treated by Keith (especially since he was a recommendation by a friend). I am seriously shocked at the horrid customer service that Keith Gilmore exhibited.
I absolutely love the girls at the Northwest branch! They went above and beyond getting me signed up for a motorcycle loan! Now I can cruise all summer on my new bike! Thanks guys!
