I had a very frustrating experience with North Coast Caravan Repairs. I first spoke with Elisabeth at NCCR on the 26th November 2021 after sending a detailed email outlining some warranty and insurance work we needed done on our caravan. We were away travelling and Elisabeth asked me to send her some more photos of the damage which I sent the next day. I waited 8 months for this repair despite the NRMA approving insurance straight away. I later found out it took 3 months to order the parts. When the parts arrived there was one part that hadn’t been ordered so this needed to be ordered. The main issue was communication. I was then lead to believe that the RV would be ready August/Sept, but no one contacted me with any information.
