The staff and the vet team are the absolute best! They took great care of my chinchilla when I couldn't find an exotic vet in my immediate area! Highly recommend
We had to put our rabbit down and the vet that was there was so nice and you could tell she really cared. The whole team was very sensitive to the situation and were really good with all the other animals that came while we were there.
Very rude receptionists. Gave me a quote then over charged me over $200. Do not care about your pets at all. Just want the money
