I normally don’t leave reviews, but my experience with North Coast Mitsubishi West Cleveland has been frustrating and completely unacceptable. I purchased a vehicle service contract along with my 2023 Dodge Challenger, and after reviewing the contract, I decided to cancel it — which the contract clearly allows. It specifically states that cancellation can be done through either the dealership or the administrator. DONT BUY A CAR HERE. Saw a TRX flying down the highway 90+mi with dealership plates (aka they are going to sell it to someone) no tags or temporary plates. It had clearly been Mudding with mud all up the sides and up to the roof. They are going to sell this Lemon that’s been abused to someone. This isn’t professional. I’ll save you the pain don’t buy from them or get work done.
Frank stayed until 11:30pm to get the me the wonderful vehicle I have. He definitely did a great job. I am so grateful. He’s the best salesman!
