North China Cafe is proof that Chinese food doesn’t have to taste like it was seasoned by someone who’s afraid of flavor. The dishes actually have spice, personality, and enough kick to remind your taste buds they’re still employed. The food comes out so fast I’m convinced the kitchen has access to time travel. Everything I’ve tried has been delicious, and the portions are generous enough to make me question my self control. If bland food is a crime, North China Cafe is the superhero swooping in to save dinner.

I ordered delivery and it was super fast because I live very close. The crab Rangoon was some of the best I’ve ever had. Then the Gen Tso’s Chicken was terrible. I was really excited too because of how good the crab Rangoon was so I thought the meal would be great. It’s unfortunate. I’ll try them one more time but a different meal.

Food was good, especially for the price. Not a lot of seats to sit down and eat, more of a takeout place.

A place that we keep ordering from again and again. We accidentally ordered something not on the menu but they made it for us anyways, great service, great food, great price. When we have company from out of town and don’t want to cook we order from here. When we’re back from a long road trip I look forward to a meal from here.
