From a billing standpoint- I wouldn't do business with this company again. I paid off the entire remaining balance in full($700+) only to get a $11 and some cents bill the next month. To reach their billing staff you usually have to leave a message. They are not available like most businesses are.

Setting up an appointment is almost impossible at this office, either they do not take new patients or new insurance, would not even consider a self pay. When I was finally able to scehule an appointment I had to wait over a month, and filled out all the required online forms and went in for scheduled appointment earlier as requested and the receptionist who was tacky and disrespectful informed me that because They had no insurance on file when the appointment was made, they blocked my appointment and canceled my file from s... read more

My wife and I had a similar experience with Jennifer Allen's office. We had a sonogram at week 7 and the very dry and zero personality nurse that did it said there might be an issue and to wait in this other room for a doctor. We waited 1 hour with nobody coming in to check on us. I spoke to the officer manager and was told Dr. Allen would be with us shortly.
