Very conveniently located and kind. We had our whole family in the office and our realtor so we were noisy but they were helpful and knowledgeable throughout our whole closing process.
Amazing staff that all go the extra mile to help you. We have had 3 different closings here and all 3 were easy to accomplish. Angie was especially great at getting all the paperwork completed for the closings mentioned above and she also helped me with another real estate issue which required many different iterations of the final document. We have another closing in the future and we will continue to use their services. Highly recommend.
This was the worst experience we have ever had.infact I wouldn't suggest this experience to ANYONE and will be contacting the proper high up.
Beware of CDA instructions with this title company. CDA instructions were provided in advance, with a request for a wire transfer. Wire instructions were sent in a separate email. When the title company was called to ask why the wire hasn’t been received, Angie said, “Friday was a really busy day, your checks in the mail. I don’t know what to tell you.” If a Title company can not follow simple instructions on a CDA, how can you expect them to accurately review all closing documents and title work?
