Sunnie was great. She gave me a lot of information on how to work without affecting my s.s. payments, getting paid training, and being able to find a job that isn't physically challenging. Plus she saw me quickly with out an appointment to sign paperwork to begin the program.
I Was on hold for over 30 minutes to speak with someone with 6 callers in the queue. I was in the middle of asking a crucial question and I was hung up on. The call didn't drop, I was HUNG UP ON. She didn't even attempt to call me back. I called back and there are NOW 16 CALLERS IN THE QUEUE. MY TIME IS JUST AS VALUABLE AS ANYONE ELSE'S!

Kathleen Fault er Bishop refuses to respond to emails, or return a call. I have waiting for over a month to get approved for my training program. Complete waste of time and no accountability. Where are the funds going if not being used for actual trainings. Who's gettin... read more

I applied for childcare services as I’m a mom of 3 and I needed help finding care while returning to work after maternity leave. I was aware there was a long wa... read more
