We had a frustrating experience with Dr. Ricky Childers and his office. Dr Childers mixed up my husband’s medical records with another patient, leading to an MRI company contacting us to schedule an appointment that was never recommended. Now, we're receiving bills for treatments he didn’t receive, and our card number is linked to these charges. Despite leaving multiple messages for their billing and management teams, we haven't received any callbacks to address these issues for over a week now.
Great experience! The staff and the doctor are very friendly and professional here. The doctor listened to my concerns and explained his treatment well. I highly recommend North Central Texas Foot and Ankle!

My daughter saw Dr Childers this week and he is fantastic. He was so patient and kind. She was nervous about getting her ingrown toenail removed and he made her feel at ease. The office is well run, timely and professional.
