Great customer service
They are really friendly and willing to help. Giving us lots of options and advice.
Gave me the run around for months & said it was my Dr.s office fault, then yelled on the phone that they were 3 women in the office of a failing company whos not being paid by medicare. They were rude and hung up. So no supplies while they're being audited, a senior citizen doesnt need this uncaring nasty bumbling abuse. Do not patronize this company.
Unfortunately my insurance was not in network. Speaking on the phone with i think her name was Kimberly? She was absolutely amazing. Extremely helpful. Kind. Courteous. I was super impressed. If you need a Bipap or CPAP I would definitely recommend NCR.
