Proud of their service, considerate of my oxygen needs, helpful, courteous of our home, knowledgeable in services.
Initially I wondered why my doctor recommended a company located in another town. After the interactions over the space of two years, I know why now. The 'establishing visit' was great, and they routinely call to see if I have supplies. What was a pleasant surprise was the one time I had to physically contact their office. The house they have as office space has been architecturally preserved...including the original oval doorknobs. There is parking on a quiet side street. Both my wife and I have had need to use this company. Have not had one bad interaction with them. In every instant they have been professional, courteous and helpful. Went way beond helpful when we had to switch companies due to insurance. Can't recommend them enough!! Don't hesitate to use them.
During covid I had issues. But they were swamped. I have no problems with them now. ALWAYS available to answer questions. They deliver when I need it
