If I could give a 0-Star I absolutely would. Horrible company with even worse staff.
All I can say is it would be nice to have another option for electric service in the case of NWE because I would switch my service in an instan to any other. NWE is very difficult to work with, they have caused unnecessary trouble between my tenants and I by going beyond supplying electric to the property. Getting directly involved in how my electric is set up inside the house among other things. The trouble comes from the office staff being not consumer helpful or friendly and not discerning.
