I called about a specific part. They had it in stock and were able to have it placed in a safe location so my son could collect it on his way through. I also was advised on what else needed to be done so we had heat. They took time to assist me without question or being rushed. So thank you. At 0300 on Christmas morning I had heat thanks to North Central.
When I bought my new Furnace for $6,000+ they were great.. 2 years later parts started failing.. they have ZERO communication and call back.. give inaccurate times to expect a technician, made me wait 36 hours, and lied about when to expect a tech to their co workers .. 3 phone calls later, and the tech arrived 36 hours after the initial time quoted.. DO NOT buy a Coleman natural gas furnace from this company.. look outside of Smithers for a reputable company to purchase a brand new Furnace from! Just my advice..
The receptionist is the best, I dont live in Smithers anymore but she calls me sometimes cuz the service guy has a similar number to me. 10/10 for giggles :)
