My power went out due to ice late last night. My power was restored within hours. Considering how icy the roads were, I’m extremely grateful to all the employees who risked their safety to restore the electric!! Thank you!! Last night around 9:30 lightning struck the pole/ transformer in the corner of our yard. I called the 24hr number and reported it, within an hour a crew was here and getting the power back on for us. We take the availability of electricity for granted most of the time and don't realize what it takes to keep it going. We want to say thank you to the crews who work every day and sometimes all night to provide the electricity we so greatly depend on!
