I have had many experiences at NCK Medical Center and all great experiences. I have my primary doctor, with an amazing nursing staff and PT experiences are amazing. Now dealing with pain management and feeling very optimistic about results.

Went in was there for 2 hours. Yes they were busy but I had simple illness and simply asked my nurse to ask the dr if I was going to get antibiotics so I didn't have to wait 2 more hours especially since i had mentioned i needed to take my migraine medicine at home she just left. I think I will just die before I go back to there.

The staff was unpleasant, and kept me waiting for an extended time even though I was the only patient and indicated that I was waisting their time as the knee injury I sustained was not worth their time to treat or diagnose. They did no tests and admitted they didn't know why it was swollen and painful. They also wanted me to sign paperwork that I hadn't read and got quite nasty when I insisted on reading what they wanted me to sign. Doctors were available even during late hours for emergencies.

Terrible management, and somehow even worse care. Looks at patients like a dollar sign opposed to an actual human. Always in a rush to get the patient out the door no matter what. Don't waste your time going here. Take the time to go literally anywhere else.
