I have been a client of Bentzel Agency for close to 10 years. Most recently I emailed the agency for help on a letter I received from Eerie insurance. Bentzel Agency never called me directly, never reviewed the letter with me, and basically told me there was nothing they could do. I asked if someone could please explain the letter to me and I was told they "have nothing additional to advise and if I am unsatisfied with their response I can call an 800 number for Eerie insurance direct". Receiving homeowners insurance through them on a doublewide. First day we moved in there was a water leak and it damaged the floor. Called up Eerie they threatened to cancel our policy if we made a claim and reminded us it was very hard to find someone to insure doublewides. So while in search for new home insurance company we found we will be paying less than half the price with Farm Bureau. Terrible experience for a first time home buyer. Please search elsewhere or at least get a different agent not Michael in Sparta, NC.
A friend referred me to Randy Mathews Insurance, Inc. I couldn't be happier and most of my family have switched to Randy, also. He found us the lowest rates for car insurance...saved us a lot of money! We're looking into home owner's now. His office staff is friendly, helpful, and always prompt!
