NCI came out and quoted restoring a fireplace insert that went unloved for a long period of time. It's a new home for us and it wasn't safe to burn in it. Parts were ordered, Mark came out, worked his magic and I couldn't be more impressed. The stove looks brand new! He was also kind and well mannered. And the quote was spot on too, we didn't pay a dollar more. If youre looking for a quality job at a fair price, NCI is it.
Our builder recommended this place for our insulation and we had nothing but issues, specifically with Nate Boggs. We paid to have our doors and windows insulated and it was never done. Our builder had to do it before the trim was installed. Nate acknowledged this mistake in an email and said he would refund our money. To date, haven't received a dime. Great experience again! 3rd time using NCI. Nate Boggs was always available to help and answer questions promptly. Highly recommend!
I did not have a great experience. We had some spray foam done in the walk up attic space that we are turning into a livable space. We had them out two separate times to clean up. The two gable walls were already drywall. They left overspray all over those walls, even after being out two different times we are still having to clean up the face of our studs and rafters to install the drywall, they were defensive of their installer, even saying that this looked good to them and normal I would not recommend them. Great experience with Nate Boggs, our sales rep. The fireplace they installed 3 months ago warms up the house much quicker and the blower is much quieter than our previous fireplace!! Thanks Nate!!!
