Terrible company. Dishonest, will take your money and not finish the job. We gave them over $6,750 and still do not have a working fireplace. The have given us the run around and sent multiple people out that don’t know what they’re doing. It’s been an absolute nightmare. They scheduled times to come out to get the issue fixed and never showed up, no calls, nothing. Their employees all say something different and have lied about multiple things. We paid $6,000+ for a gas fireplace and they STILL don’t have it running, won’t return our calls or do anything. Very unprofessional and not willing to finish our project after accepting our full payment! The manager was extremely unhelpful and lied about multiple things.
NCI came out and quoted restoring a fireplace insert that went unloved for a long period of time. It's a new home for us and it wasn't safe to burn in it. Parts were ordered, Mark came out, worked his magic and I couldn't be more impressed. The stove looks brand new! He was also kind and well mannered. And the quote was spot on too, we didn't pay a dollar more. If youre looking for a quality job at a fair price, NCI is it.
Our builder recommended this place for our insulation and we had nothing but issues, specifically with Nate Boggs. We paid to have our doors and windows insulated and it was never done. Our builder had to do it before the trim was installed. Nate acknowledged this mistake in an email and said he would refund our money. To date, haven't received a dime. They didn't cover our entire main attic space, our builder had to fix this as well. They showed up to do the insulation in our garage and left because they didn't want to remo... read more
