Doug Littleton a technician from NCI in Bellville just serviced our Heat/ Glo gas fire place which we purchased from NCI in 2012. The unit has been great, We have it serviced every two years to keep it running safely. Doug did a great job, very friendly and explained what he did to the unit. Needed spray foam and ceiling blow-in for my pole barn. I got 4 estimates and had given up. I was told to contact NCI and had them come out for an estimate. They were very friendly, honest, and straight forward. They explained everything and their prices were the best I had received. The installation process was even better. Extremely nice product. 5/5. Definitely recommended.
Had routine maintenance/service on gas fireplace. Service technician Darren was outstanding providing answers to questions and concerns.
