Jim is wonderfully helpful and communicative. We hired him to do testing for mold in our basement and with his help confirmed it was there. He was very helpful in figuring out our path forward when dealing with remediation and took a couple of calls with very little notice to get his advice, as he'd offered to do. Very reasonable priced

I called North Star Inspection Service only to ask the cost of an asbestos test. In that first conversation, Jim Starry took the time to explain exactly what would need to be tested and what an inspector would be doing and looking for.
