Dr. Carr told me nothing was wrong with me while I was having an allergic reaction. Dr. Carr is blind and was weird with me. A very unnerving experience. I tell everyone how she laughed at me and told me nothing was wrong. I stormed out and my wife drove me to another clinic. As a veteran I feel very neglected, and I got to tell the VA about it, and it assisted in getting me to 100% disability :) I guess they are doing their part!
