TheNCDH department staff provided excellent service and resolved my matter in under 24 hours. They were incredibly courteous and kind, listened closely to my situation, and took immediate action without any delays. They even followed up with me afterward to ensure everything was fully handled and resolved.
Kori Kollanda the nurse is very helpful and informative! They really go through the whole process step by step. Sometimes they do take awhile to get back to you which is understandable but still very responsive!!
Patrice, the Director of Health, is on a power trip. It is not enjoyable doing business in this health district, and definitely makes you stay away from getting involved with anything in the area.
Called the HEALTH DEPARTMENT DUE TO CONCERNS ABOUT SERIOUS HEALTH CONCERNS!! AND HAD SOME IMPORTANT INFORMATION RELIVANT TO THE INPECTION !! AND ADDING TO THE HEALTH ISSUES I AM CONCERNED ABOUT!! LEFT 3 OR 4 MESSAGES AND BRIEFLY STATED MY ADDITIONAL HEALTH CONCERNS!! APROXITMENTLY A DAY LATTER!! NO CALL BACK FROM THE HEALTH DEPARTMENT!! AND I HAVE TO CONTINUE TO DEAL WITH THE UNEXCEPITABL HEALTH ISSUES I BROUGHT TO HEALTH DEPARTMENT ATTENTION!! ATTENTION!!
