Last 4 days ( not counting Saturday and Sunday ) I've walked up to this specific location exactly at 9:40am-10am, and each time I was told by the lady sitting up front that the immunization shot records office is closed. So closed June 19, June 20th, June 23rd and today June 24th.... This is crazy, especially when the same lady sitting at the front desk told me and my husband that they would be open until 4pm. Lady In The Counter Literally Hides Behind The Wall On Phone Or Eating , Is Bad At Communication & Letting You Know How Things Work . Needs Better Staff Asap !! Came In At 9am Didnt Get Seen Till 12:26 . Very Inconsiderate & Unprofessional
Horrible it took two hours just to be in a sitting area not seen yet but two sit like that’s cool they need to be shut down all they doing is laughing and joking like Jesus take the wheel
All of the workers are super efficient and friendly. Thanks for serving community health.
