I have been coming to this location for years. The best way to schedule an appointment is to go up there, they rarely at their desk to take appointments, and when you leave a message its a chance they never call you back. They need more than one pediatric doctor. Other than that its a good location
I was told they were full today. I explained i needed treatment for gonorrhea and that I worked today and was given one reason after another as to why they couldn't see me this morning. There were 6 people in the waiting area and in a four hour period they can't treat me for an STD? I was asked if ive been there before and said yes two months prior. Under staffed and closed early
Last 4 days ( not counting Saturday and Sunday ) I've walked up to this specific location exactly at 9:40am-10am, and each time I was told by the lady sitting up front that the immunization shot records office is closed. So closed June 19, June 20th, June 23rd and today June 24th.... This is crazy, especially when the same lady sitting at the front desk told me and my husband that they would be open until 4pm.
