Our family has been so pleased with the nursing folks and therapists. They are caring and demonstrate compassion and competence. Thank you for all you do!
In the center of town
Everybody smiles everybody is nice
We have had two family members stay at North Central in the last couple of years, including a recent stay by our elderly grandmother. Our family is so thankful for the care the staff have provided. They treated our family like they were their own. The nurses are very respectful and the nursing assistants go above and beyond. We can't say enough good things about them!
My sister-in-law said it does not smell bad, it is clean and the receptionist was very pleasant. For breakfast a cold slice of toast and a cold egg over easy. When I was released I told my spouse no matter what you fix me to eat, be sure and put in the frig to get it cold. That is what I became accustomed to. The PT/OT was inconsistent and not well explained. There was a seemingly insistence at the outset that I must peddle a bike which was unbearable pain and finally not part of the plan.
