During my experience all the driver's I've had have been really respectful and always had me to my appointment on time
I love this service I would not be able to get to my Dr.s appointments if it wasn't NCC. I find that most drivers are so easy to talk to.
Love north Central. Been riding with them for years now and never late never rude driver. Got a couple fav drivers Jon and Keith and never have issues. Would recommend to anyone
I appreciate the drivers who get us to our appointment's. Jerry is a favorite he does the trips to Milwaukee so my daughter can get to her appointment's. Really like the Wisconsin rapids drivers they have respect and they drive with caution. I request North Central Caravan's a lot.
Zero stars. Wow. For a medical transportation service I'm surprised they are even still in business. Very rude and disrespectful male driver. Driving erratically, and flipping others off and screaming out the window. Wow. Just wow. Never had to use this place, and for sure never will!!
Male drivers discouteous. Some say inappropriate things ( comments). Drivers are late 60% of the time don't seem to know how to get to their destination making passengers late for their Dr.s appt. Vehicles unclean...food and debris everywhere. body odor ..they should remember that this a transport for individuals who are Sick. many are unpleasant . I prefer to sit in the back. when I attempted to sit in the back seat was told by driver that I HAD to sit next to him or walk to my appt which was an hours drive away.
