Soon as i walked in i was very comfortable.The staff there was very friendly they made me feel like I was at home. The lady at the front desk was funny and cute.The intake lady was also nice and very understanding.

I called this facility on Monday @2:30 pm. Voice message says they will call back within 24 hours. I live in Cuba and was already in Canton on Tuesday for other errands. I stopped to see if I could just do my registration in person, the lady at the front desk had no business working there. She was very rude and hateful. It took a lot for me to even reach out for help and this lady is what makes it even harder. She said “this is exactly why we do things over the phone, it’s just easier.” And then scuffs at me. Every time I come into this building, the lady at the front desk is never paying attention to the people trying to check in. She is always looking down at her phone. I have watched people stand at the window for several mins waiting for her to open it to check them in. THAT is redic. And this isn't happening to just me, it's literally every person who walks in this place after me, I wait for my child for 30 mins to a hour during his sessions, and the whole time I'm watching this happen over and over and over. I went for three years, it helped at first, but I felt like I couldn't get any deeper into my issues because the therapy wasn't specialized enough. Definately didn't feel like trust was established either.
