We were originally quoted one price then when the technician arrived he quoted us a different price that was more than double. They said the person that originally quoted the price misquoted and would not honor the original quote.

This interaction was not from the customer but someone in the building. We were asked to provide a service. Over the phone we quoted 5 rooms of carpet and a small hallway. Upon arrival the technician was shown what needed to be done. It turned out to be 4 standard size rooms one large room and a large hallway. Both of these areas measured 595sq ft.
