Truly can’t say enough good things about North Center Auto Service! Last night I got a flat tire and just minutes before they closed they let me drop the car off via tow truck to be checked out in the morning. The owner is the absolute best and they had it fixed early in the morning leaving us with basically no downtime. He is genuinely such a good guy with a good heart - we walked to pick up the car with (with our 5 week old newborn) and he was just the best wanting to chat about her and congratulate us. Had a nail in tire. I've gotten great service with North Center before on more significant issues and the service has always been terrific. Very professional, very friendly and personable team. Very efficient and reliable. Costs always reasonable. The work is always high quality. Elmer gladly helped out quickly and efficiently. I highly recommend North Center Auto.
North Center is the best. I have a BMW 750i that the BMW Dealership quoted me 6 times more than what I ended up paying North Center Auto. Thank you Frank for your clear communication in explaining what work needed to be done. I will be back in the future!
I came to North Center Auto a year ago after hearing about their work ethic from a friend. My car was making a weird sound whenever I turned. A little more than a month before, I'd spent a hefty sum getting work done and my problem simply returned after my warranty. At North Center Auto they explained the scope of work that needed to be done and the priority in which I needed to get it done. They were friendly and fair. Needless to say, I go to them for everything car related.
I got a very reasonable quote for all the work done and they got it done quickly. Would definitely go here again to get my car fixed!
