20 year Trane heat pump finally quit on me. Got bids from 4 different vendors and North Cascades wasn't the cheapest, but they had the best reviews and reputation. I am very happy to have gone with them. The two installers came out yesterday and installed a complete new system, Cliff and Victor were something i thought was lost in today's work force. Happy with my service! I was able to get same day service. He was in and out, not chatty, also not rude … very much a professional. Came in and fixed my HVAC issue in 20 minutes and disappeared on to his next job. My AC works great now. Thank you!

Murphy's Law, right? North Cascades was very quick to respond to our request for service. it was nearing the 100-degree temperatures and what happens? Heat starts coming out of our HVAC unit! When the person servicing our unit arrived (the next day or two if I remember correctly), he was genuinely happy to help. I believe his name was Chris.
