Murphy's Law, right? North Cascades was very quick to respond to our request for service. it was nearing the 100-degree temperatures and what happens? Heat starts coming out of our HVAC unit! When the person servicing our unit arrived (the next day or two if I remember correctly), he was genuinely happy to help. I believe his name was Chris. His optimistic outlook helped me to stay positive as we anticipated oncoming weather conditions of triple digit proportions. The result... A part needed to be ordered... I am a real estate Broker. Often I will have a client that needs their HVAC system repaired and usually a bit of a time crunch too. North Cascades Heating has done the majority of my work on different homes and the work is always done right and on time. Not a complaint!
