I just wanted to share my experience going through low dose radiotherapy for my knees, elbow, wrist, thumb and finger. I had been having a lot of pain in those areas. I went through the treatment in March and April of 2025 and am extremely happy that I did. I have been mostly pain free in all those joints since that time. This includes hiking with our kids (who are in their twenties) up in the Mt Baker area on trails with 1500-2500 ft of elevation gain (which means you have to come down that same altitude!).
