Upon check in, found property dirty (see photos) and smelling of mold. Immediately reported these issues and shared I would not be staying in the property hosted VueStay. This property was originally booked through Vrbo who passed it to Vacasa who passed it to VueStay. So, I sought a full refund through VueStay, and was denied multiple times despite not being provided with a clean or alternative property which I requested. It was a beautiful condo! It was a little outdated with popcorn ceilings and a 40 inch TV, but it was clean, has a full kitchen, dishwasher, washer and dryer. We loved the scenery! I would definitely recommend this to anyone! We will be returning!
Absolutely wonderful place to stay. Neighbors were very friendly.
I reserved a cabin through Airbnb and paid the fees and agreed to the contract. The terms were that there was a 24 hour cancellation policy. After the reservation was made On Airbnb Vacasa Sent a supplemental contract and told me it had to be signed. It was mandatory. I told them I did not agree to the supplemental terms and wanted to cancel The reservation. They refuse to cancel it. They told me to call Airbnb to cancel it.
