This place is having problem with their front desk people. I always responded their calls or texts. They contacted my primary doctor and told my doctor that they tried to call me multiple times and I didn’t answer. They emailed her as I am a non compliant patient. When I just called and talked to their front desk just 3 days ago. This is really irritating.

DOCTOR ALLEN and staff are the nicest people I have delt with in my 79 years!. Dr.Allen.(cowboy) is my storm trooper , easy to communicate with, knows his medicine, and is very important to me! His staff is GREAT PEOPLE (with green thumbs) and very supportive of operations!!! THANK GOD FOR THIS OPERATION!!!

I took my mother to suite 330 to see Dr. Allen. We were running late, as my mother wasn't feeling well. We called ahead, and the lady at the front office said to be there by 10:35am to still be seen. When we got there, at 10:32am, the same lady said she could not be seen. We drove over an hour away. The whole reason we called was to ensure she would still be seen. I had been a patient of Dr. Allen for at least 3 or 4 years, today (12/17) I needed to reschedule an appt which I had on 3/2/20, they could not get me in. They are booked until June 2020, REALLY! I had a window of 3/15 thru 4/25 that they could have booked me, but NO. I also sent them a message in regards to a medical matter on 11/6 and never received a response until 12/6, got a phone call, said they never saw the note.
