In early December 2025, I had my first surgery as an adult. It was a simple hernia repair, but I was very unfamiliar with the surgery process when it came to insurance and what to expect and just everything to do with the process of surgery in general. I just love this office!! I’ve had 2 procedures done by Dr. Cekadah & his nurse Genesis! I just love them!!!
Today is Oct. 7, 2024 Appt was for 11 am we arrived at 10:45 am, (the waiting area was almost empty, as well as the parking lot) as soon as we spoke to patient registration, she gave no Greeting, only "Do you have appointment " after she asked for insurance card and payment, she took the payment without a Thank you for the payment and only a here you go when returning cards and a "they will call you soon." Dr Issac was wonderful but they need to higher new office staff. Very rude an always sound like they have an attitude.Thats very unprofessional an unpleasant experience
