My Dad, who served in the Air Force, has been at the Kernersville VA home since September. He is in the memory care unit. My sister and I feel so blessed and fortunate to have Dad in a place where he has such amazing care. The staff are so kind to my Dad, and the communication from staff regarding his care is excellent. My Dad is content, has 24 hour care and he loves the food! Also, everything is so clean!! We never worry about Dad because we know the care he is receiving is both professional and top notch! Keynaya Jones is very horrible with the patients here. My dad has expressed his concerns about how he is treated in her care. I have already reported her multiple times & nothing has come about this. I just wish upper management would do something about this.
Keynaya jones has got to be the worst caregiver I have ever met completely rude please don’t send her to anybody else !
I am very satisfied with the care my husband is receiving at the NCVA in Kernersville NC.
